If you’re a long term tenant, you’ll want to know how long you’ll be living among paint samples and drop cloths. Minor upgrades (like lighting swaps or a kitchen refresh) usually take 2–4 weeks. Full home renovations? Closer to 2–4 months. It really depends on things like design complexity, custom orders, and how fast approvals come through—but don’t worry, we’ll give you a clear timeline before we begin.
Short answer: sometimes yes, sometimes no. For smaller, phased projects, we isolate the work zones to keep your routine running smoothly. But if you’re planning a full-on transformation (think flooring, bathrooms, and kitchens all at once), it may be more comfortable to temporarily relocate. We’ll always help you decide what makes the most sense for your space—and your sanity.
Absolutely. One of our core strengths as a home remodeling team is working within lease agreements. During your consultation, we’ll review your contract (yep, the fine print!) and suggest stylish, smart upgrades that play nice with your landlord’s rules.
Totally fair question. If you’re not sure how long you’re staying, we’ve got your back. Most of our upgrades are designed to be reversible—think modular shelving, removable wallpaper, and surface-mounted lighting—so you can take the style with you, or leave the space just as you found it. You’ll get all the comfort, with zero commitment panic.
