In contrast, the waiting area was designed to feel more like a hotel lobby, featuring a warmer colour palette with brand logo colours used as highlights. A combination of carpet and vinyl flooring improves acoustics, addressing another common issue in traditional clinics. The space also includes a dedicated children’s area with interactive educational games, creating a more welcoming and engaging experience for families.
